AS RENTER
A friend had recommended me to go with mycaryourrental I thought it was an awsome concept and hendrik was helpful but Dawn as the car renter was an arshole to deal with. The language barrier was one thing but the way he and two other men awaited the arrival of the car was disgusting to the point I had to get the police involved just to be able to leave the property safely. They demanded an additional $200 from me there and then for useing 800 km which they say is only half price of what they should be charging me. For useing 400 km more than expected. Which was not stipulated to me before renting this car. They harassed me the entire time I had the car for 4days. I thought I was renting from one person but Dawn turned out to be diffrent Indian men which very overwhelming when returning the vehicle.. I will not be recommending anyone to rent through Dawn. But I wil recommend to use the service of mycarmyrental as a business in general.
