Sairaz should mention in his post that the car isn't available to be picked up or dropped off until late afternoon. That would have been very helpful to know before booking, and it would have saved me $150 in taxi fares. Also, if you need to get in touch with the owner of the company, don't plan on good, consistent, or effective communication. You may or may not get a response, and you will certainly not get a resolution.

Sairaz was easy accommodating, we flew in and out at wield times he was happy to help with collection and drop off. Car was easy to use and helped with transport between visiting whanau and Friends.

Rented this vehicle for a couple weeks. Drives great and very good on gas. Was very easy to deal with. Very roomy and I’m a big boy. I definitely recommend renting this vehicle. Very cheap to rent. Definitely will be renting Sairazs vehicle when I come back. 10 out of 10.

Sairaz was great to work with, from my very first inquiry about his vehicle up through the vehicle return. In fact, I feel confident that if I still had a question after returning the vehicle that he would be responsive and helpful. My plans changed a few times throughout the time of utilizing the vehicle and Sairaz was always quickly responsive as well as helpful and adaptable. He took top priority in ensuring the vehicle was working well and suiting my needs throughout the duration. He arranged easy pick up and drop off and arrived promptly. He took extra time to ensure I knew the ins and outs of how the vehicle operated as well as ensuring I was aware of driving basics for New Zealand. He also went above and beyond to check and make sure I had transportation once the vehicle was returned. Outside of great service and communication and a comfortable, functional vehicle, he was a friendly, helpful person and so refreshing to interact and work with. Kia Ora, Sairaz!
