Booked car and was accepted!
Arrived to collect car and owner says he didn’t accept my offer and declined giving his car.
Money was taken out of account and now I can’t get a hold of anyone to get my refund for a car that I didn’t rent! I have emailed everyone on the in the contact box for help and no one has replied!
That was on 4/2/2022- When I was meant to take the rented car!
I have emailed everyday and no reply!!!!!
I have no idea how I’m gana get my money back! HELP
