Easy to deal with and a good communicator.

Rika let the booking lapse without extending (as previously arranged). Needs to be more proactive with communication and sticking to arrangements.

Had some troubles trying to extend the booking (the website's fault, not Rika's). Communication could have been not frequent through this period so I could understand what was going on, but if the website functioned properly, there would have been no demand for extra communication in the first place.

Rika has extended her booking with me several times now and has been timely with this renewal and proactive with communication.

I appreciate Rika's long term rental of my vehicle. Unfortunately I have been unable to rely on her to follow through on agreements and renew the booking on time.

Hard to get hold of or to follow through on renewal commitments.

Rika didn't return my vehicle and I had to engage the authorities. She also owes me six days of rental.

Rika rented the car for one day and next day she advised that she is going to extend the booking but didn't extend the booking on time. I had to make contact several time to remind her to extend the booking. Eventually Rika ended up keeping the car for extra 2 days without booking and I had to lodge a police complaint to get my car back. I am not sure if MyCarYourRental will do anything to recover the money. On the top, she had met with an accident which is suppose to pay the excess but looks nothing promising at this stage. It was a bad experience.
