Unfortunately Stephen damaged my car by using it very roughly and refused to pay for the damage. He applied excessive force on the gear lever causing damage to the auto gear assembly. He then blamed poor maintenance of vehicle even when there have already been more than several happy renters with that particular vehicle and lack of maintenance does not cause the gear lever to seize. He had 2 breakdowns in 3 days in 2 different vehicles. Both of which have been rented countless times before and have never had any problems. I don't recommend that you rent your vehicles to Stephen.
