I am a butcher by trade but enjoy building. I have adult children 16 grandchildren 1 brand new great grand child. Spending family time is very important to my wife and I. I worked as a butcher through my 20s to late 30s then took the opportunity to work for the Ministry of Justice as a corrections officer, for quite a few years. We do a lot of horse riding and training on our property as well as developing an eco friendly home base.
