Jesse was quick to reply and very helpful. I never ended up renting the car but Jesse was very quick to reply and offered help to aquire me a refund. There is no way to aquire a refund through the website and the website owner has ignored both of our correspondence. Please get in touch to give me a refund - I have tried to email several times.
