The car was good and served our purpose especially since it is a hybrid; we saved on fuel. It was good on the roads and easy to drive. I never met Ivan, but he was available via email.

Car was very economical and fine to drive. We never met Ivan as he just arranged for us to collect it & drop it off to his house so times were convenient. Communication was no problem. The car was dirty inside and out when we picked it up. Had some issues with the battery during our time we had it and had to replace it (rented for 3 months).

First time user and I was very nervous. Ivan communicated well and got back to me quickly with any queries. Car was older model and interior showed its age, but drove well and was reliable. Large trunk space suited our needs. Would highly recommend using Ivan and the vehicle. I will use again when I'm back in New Zealand.

So easy to book and pick up. Car is great for what I needed - travelling around to visit friends. Has a large boot which I needed for all my stuff. Very comfortable drive. :)

Ivan was fast in communicating throughout the rental period, and was kind enough to drop us off to where we needed to go after we returned the car. The engine oil was low when we rented it but didn't find out until it's empty, we fill the oil in and should be all good now.

I requested a same day pickup and Ivan was very accommodating trying to get a car organised for me. Car was good to drive, great price and communication was excellent. Car could have done with a vacuum but no worse than then state of the inside of mine :-)
