What a breath of fresh air. Simon helped us with our car rental in Wellington recently. Communication was prompt, professional, friendly and helpful, and he bent over backwards to fit in with our very short notice plans - after InterIslander cancelled our tickets to Wellington within a day of our sailing, and then fog delayed our replacement flight by 6 hours. We can't recommend him highly enough!
