Very polite, helpful, & prompt communication. Went over & above the service required. e.g. provided 2 bottles of pure water, sunscreen, & a box of tissues. The car has a few more exterior bumps & bruises than you might expect for such a modern vehicle, but was exceptionally clean. (It does have a couple of Indian idols glued to the dashboard, one of which is quite large & restricts road visibility, & may not be to everyone's taste)
