All went just easy and perfect and Henrik was very helpful. The car was exactly what we needed and the pick up and drop off went very well which is quite important after a long flight. Anytime again!

The car was in a perfect condition. The renter was very helpful and willing to assist any time. The customer service received before renting was exceptional. We will definitely rent again with this website and from the renter. I really appreciate the facility offer to extend the rental period as we had to use it because a change of plans.

Henrik was very helpful with any query i had prior to getting the car. He also went out of his way to pick us up and return to the airport. The vehicle itself was suitable for my husband and i though it was an 8 seater to travel around Auckland in.

Henrik was amazing to communicate with and sorted us out well given we came in at a very late hour. Van was good condition although I wish it had air con because we really needed it in summertime. Great price, far better than the other companies. We would definitely use again.

Great van did excellent going from Auckland to gisborne and back vechile did me well for almost 5 weeks great communication with Henrik and for van to be picked up from jet park hotel made life easier for me with my kids enjoyed every bit of time. Thanks again

The car runs well, takes quite a lot of petrol though. But the car was arranged last minute and I’m really happy about how easy it was. I was notified that the car wasn’t washed and went ahead anyway. It was true - was dirty outside. In overall I’d use the service again.

The cheapest reliable rental company I have ever used when returning back to NZ. Just follow the instructions and you would not have a problem picking up or dropping off. (Which I didnt do)

For many this style of rental may work but I like to deal with a real live person in real time and the messaging system did not suit. The delays were stressful as I had issues with the car. Overall I think it was value for money and if I was a better traveller and not phased by phone mishaps, it may have been a good experience. I would recommend service to others with a note about all dealings being done via messaging.
