Robert is very communicative, all the details are clear from the start which made the process very smooth from arrival to bringing the car back. The car is comfortable and drives easy in every circumstance, whether it is in town or through windy mountain roads. It's very clean and set to using your bluetooth so I could straight away listen to a podcast on my evening drive to Wanaka. There's a phone holder too which is great. Highly recommend using Roberts car when you're in Queenstown and want to avoid the main rental companies.

Robert was my first rental with this website and I was his first 'client'. He exceeded my expectations with his kindness and service. We had the car just for a few hours one day and he generously dropped the car out at our motel in the city. When was time for pick up, we realised we forgot to put some petrol so he drove me to the petrol station, I charged the petrol that the car needed and he was so helpful that he drove me and my mum to a reservation we had that if we were to walk, we would have arrived late. THANK YOU ROBERT!
The car is in great condition, really easy an smooth to drive. Big enough for a family with luggage as the trunk is massive.
