Thank you Bill. The car is good, the communication was fine and Bill and his son in law were very nice. Picked up the car on time, it is in used condition but everything runs very well, we had no issues. Bill will answer to the phone if you have an issue. We rented it for a week long trip threw North Island (coming frop France) and it met ou expectations. One thing you might want to know before renting (we missed it, it might be in the description) is that the car menus are all in japanese : basic fonctions are still easy to find but you'll be a bit lost in the beginning. Would rent again if I needed !
