Mostly good communication response time, sometimes might take overnight to get a response. Could communicate better but letting it slide due to some external circumstances. Car returned fairly dirty (interior), would prefer the vehicle to be returned with at least some vacuuming done.

The renter has outstanding owed due to an extension arrangement but I have not been able to get a response which is unacceptable given I was very generous on my side during his rental period which I took a lot of risks and it did not pay off notably the damages caused that I cannot claim from the insurance meanwhile he was able to walk away with free car rental for nearly a week plus fuel? This is daylight robbery and I would not move an inch outside of the legal way regardless of his hardship in the future that's for sure

There were complications with this platform hence there was a lot of back and forth to try to work out the best solution to extend the rental. Communication was mostly good but only after forcing to have the car return if no action was taken. The rentee was not very punctual which I can accept with the traffic situation but 2 hours late is not realistic or acceptable to have someone waiting and to clear their schedule for. The vehicle was returned in not a very good state of condition with damages and smearing visible.
