We were nervous about using a new kind of car hire company, Henrik got back to us upon the initial enquiry and it was fairly straightf forward forward. Be sure to double check pick up and drop off information and that the car has been inspected by Henrik to make sure its ready for when you arrive. Is great value for money and we would use them again.

Henrik is pretty easy to deal with. Details about the pick up and drop off etc were very clear. The only issue I had was that comms were very slow. I had an issue at the time of the pick up and I couldn't get through to him. Luckily for me I was able to resolve the issue on my own but otherwise it would have been difficult situation.
