Having flown 13+ hours with an 80 year old companion, we were highly disappointed to be left sitting on the side of the road, in the rain waiting for confirmation to pickup the car. We had communicated beforehand that we were arriving on an early morning flight and were assured that the car would be ready. Henrik had forgotten to send the email with final pickup instructions. The pickup location was a road, not Henriks place of residence or business so we could do nothing but sit in the rain and wait for confirmation from Henrik. A kind neighbour came and offered us a place to stay dry and said he often helped people waiting for a car here.
