AS RENTER
Booked car and was accepted! Arrived to collect car and owner says he didn’t accept my offer and declined giving his car. Money was taken out of account and now I can’t get a hold of anyone to get my refund for a car that I didn’t rent! I have emailed everyone on the in the contact box for help and no one has replied! That was on 4/2/2022- When I was meant to take the rented car! I have emailed everyday and no reply!!!!! I have no idea how I’m gana get my money back! HELP
