Henrick is very professional, quick responses, experienced, polite. I'll be using one of his cars for my next trip too.

I was really disappointed in this rental. I should have looked properly at the vehicle. Positive: it sat well on the road when driving. The acceleration was decent. When it wasn’t jerking it was quite comfortable to drive. Cons: The vehicle was dirty both inside and out. No aircon Only radio or CD or lighter plugin There was less than a quarter of a tank when we picked it up and not long after hitting the motorway the petrol light came on. When driving the vehicle it felt like it was choking. It kept jerking and felt like it was going to konk out which is slightly scary when you don’t have roaming set up on your phone and you’re travelling from Auckland to Waiouru and no way of contacting anyone if needed. The worst part of it all was the fact that after driving all that way it was pointed out that the rego had expired over a week prior but that wasn’t the worst part. The worst part was that the rego didn’t match the licence plate. So for pretty much 2 days I had a rental that I paid for but I couldn’t drive it incase I got pulled over and got a $200 ticket. Multiple attempts to find out what was the go. Just an email with a picture of the actual registration sticker to prove that it was registered and to show police if I got pulled up and cross fingers. No apology or offer to reimburse part fee for the stress it caused and not being able to drive vehicle cos I didn’t know if it was legal. Overall nope never again. Really hated the stress of having this rental.
