Our communication with Henrik was very challenging. When the van broke down , it was hours before he responded. We had to find our own way back , despite paying extra for the Roadside assistance ( which does not exist )
The van was filthy dirty.
It did run ok, with many quirks, for a week before it broke down.

FANTASTIC RENTER AND VEHICLE.
I'm a single mum who travelled to NZ from Western Australia with my 5children to visit family for 14days.
The cost to rent this 7 seater vehicle for that amount of time during the xmas period was incomparable to ANY other rental company. Super affordable and such an easy online process.
Henrik had excellent communication, addressing all of my questions and requests from the booking to the pick up and drop off.
The vehicle itself was the perfect size to carry my family as well as all our luggage while we travelled from Akld to the far north, then back down to Rotorua, up into the Uruwera Ranges then back to Akld.
The vehicle wasn't in new condition but everything worked perfectly and it drove so smoothly with no issues whatsoever.
I will definitely rent through here again and have highly recommended to all my family and friends. Thank you Henrik ????

Henrik has good value for money regarding vehicle hire. Our vehicle was comfortable for our family with 4 and suited us perfectly. We did have some minor servicing issues but these were dealt with by henrik efficiently with good communication. Overall it served us well on our holiday.
